The work
What you'll actually do.
- Screen applications alongside the people who'll actually work with the hire.
- Coordinate interviews that candidates leave liking us — even the ones we don't hire.
- Run onboarding so a new person's first week feels planned, not improvised.
- Keep the people-side paperwork honest, current and quietly excellent.
- Take the pulse of the team and say the uncomfortable thing to management kindly.
