Careers/Business·6-month internship·On-site / hybrid · Vavuniya, Sri Lanka

Learn to turn 'the client wants something' into a plan engineers can build.
The work
What you'll actually do.
- Shadow real discovery calls and watch vague wishes become scoped requirements.
- Write requirement documents that developers actually read — because you'll sit with the developers.
- Map how a client's business really works, then find where the software should go.
- Test built features against the spec and argue (politely) when they drift.
- Be the translator between people who say 'faster checkout' and people who say 'debounce the mutation'.
The fit
You might be our person if…
- You notice when two requirements quietly contradict each other.
- You ask the awkward clarifying question everyone else was avoiding.
- You write clearly enough that nobody has to ask what you meant.
- You're comfortable with both spreadsheets and strangers.
The growth
You'll learn.
- How software is scoped, estimated and priced in the real world.
- How to run a discovery session that clients enjoy instead of endure.
- How engineers think — enough to earn their trust in the room.
- The anatomy of a build from first quote to launch day.
The offer
Compensation
Stipend — scaled to performance and knowledge, reviewed as you grow.
