SoundsofScreams

Miami's horror theme park in every guest's pocket — the pass, the map, the Fast Pass and dinner.

The stakes

The build

How we took it apart.

01

The ticket became the phone

Every purchase lands in the app as a QR pass the moment it clears the ticketing partner — added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, scanned at the gate. Nothing to print, nothing to lose, no email to dig for at the turnstile.

02

A map that knows the wait

The official park map went live: your position, every house, scare zone, ride and vendor, and real wait times before you walk over. Fast Pass slots are reserved in-app and a push alert says when it's your turn — so the line is somewhere you aren't.

03

Dinner between the screams

Every vendor's menu is in the app and orders go ahead for pickup. ParkRewards turns visits into points and points into tiers — discounts, priority queues, VIP extras — so a one-night guest becomes a returning one.

The payoff

What changed

Shipped to the App Store days before opening night: a guest app where the ticket, the map, the Fast Pass, the food and the loyalty programme live in one place — built in Vavuniya for a park in Miami.

Next case

Potkovil

A living temple in Omanthai, online in Tamil and English — festivals, works and giving in one place.
