The work
What you'll actually do.
- Develop and experiment with AI/ML models using Python and relevant machine learning technologies.
- Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets to identify patterns and support model development.
- Train, test, and evaluate machine learning models, investigating errors and finding ways to improve their performance.
- Explore how AI/ML capabilities can be integrated into real applications through APIs and backend services.
- Document experiments, share findings, and collaborate with developers to turn ideas into useful product features.

- You're curious about how machines learn from data and how AI can solve practical problems.

- You take feedback well, explain your thinking, and learn quickly.
The growth

- The full machine learning lifecycle: problem definition, data preparation, model training, evaluation, and improvement.
- Applied Pyton, tooling (pandas/NumPy), and experiment tracking.How to use Python and relevant libraries to process data and build machine learning solutions.
- How to evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and identify limitations such as overfitting.
- How to integrate AI/ML models with APIs and existing application backends.
- Professional team workflows: Git, code reviews, experiment documentation, testing, and responsible AI development.
